Bitter & Twisted has received a long list of accolades for its cocktails, and thankfully the beverage expertise was extended to its nonalcoholic menu. One of the best-loved concoctions is the vibrant pink Miss Nightingale with hibiscus, sage, and cinnamon – served sparkling.

Choppedchampion andGQ-touted bartender Jason Asher spent a lot of time on the mocktails at Century Grand and Undertow. At Grey Hen Rx, which is housed within Century Grand, the team creates all of their own non-alcoholic spirits, producing something that tastes almost like the real deal. The Dr. Cottley’s Expiremental “Gin No. 7” is prepared with non-alcoholic gin, non-alcoholic rhubarb amaro, peach, acacia honey, pineapple juice, lime, and lemon.

This taqueria puts just as much care into its beverages as it does its award-winning tacos, and its nonalcoholic cocktail is no exception. The CRU’sin Together is crafted with the botanical flavor of elderflower and sweetness from tropical passion fruit, muddled with strawberries and a fresh squeeze of lemon.

This whimsical, reservation-only tea room has half a dozen mocktails to choose from including the Two Days Slow with hibiscus tea syrup and lime and the Flamingo with notes of raspberry and banana. Don’t miss the Penny Rose made with Lyre’s White Cane Spirit, Lyre’s Apertif Rosso, rose tea syrup, and rose petals.
