Stephanie Carter is an award-winning freelance writer and editor, and previous editor of Eater New Orleans. She's written for the James Beard Foundation, Culture, Edible New Orleans, Eater, and other publications, and has authored two books: the A-Z Encyclopedia of Food Controversies and the Law and the forthcoming Little Local New Orleans Cookbook.
